Govee, a leading provider of smart lighting technologies, presented its latest products at IFA 2024 in Berlin. With a strong focus on innovation and ease of use, Govee offers a wide range of lighting solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The focus is on the new flagship LED strip lights Govee Strip Light 2 Pro and Govee COB Strip Light Pro, which impress with state-of-the-art technology and seamless integration into smart home environments.

The new products are designed not only to enhance living spaces, but also to enrich users’ everyday lives. With their extensive features and smart functions, they meet the needs of technology enthusiasts looking for innovative lighting solutions.

The Govee Strip Light 2 Pro takes lighting to a new level. Equipped with the innovative LuminBlend Color Control System and the specially developed G1151 chip, the strip light offers improved color depth and accuracy. The 16-bit signal analysis and 5-way color control ensure vivid colors that are accurately reproduced, especially in brighter tones. This makes the Strip Light 2 Pro the ideal choice for users who place great value on accurate color reproduction.

In addition to its high-quality color performance, the Strip Light 2 Pro impresses with its high level of customizability. It can be divided into up to ten sections per meter, allowing individual lighting effects to be created. With over 100 preset scene modes and 16 music modes, the lighting adapts to any situation – be it a relaxing evening at home or a lively party. Thanks to the integration of Matter, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, the strip light can be easily integrated into existing smart home systems, enabling convenient control.

The Govee Strip Light 2 Pro will be available in Europe and the USA from September 10, 2024. Prices start at 99.99 euros for the 5-meter version in Europe and 59.99 US dollars for the 2-meter version in the USA.

With the Govee COB Strip Light Pro, Govee is launching its first COB lighting solution on the market. The light strip is embedded in silicone, providing a homogeneous, diffuse light that is ideal for surface mounting. The RGBICW LEDs allow for a variety of color options, while twelve customizable segments per meter can create individual lighting effects. For even more flexibility, cut marks are provided every eight centimetres to allow for customized installation.

The COB Strip Light Pro is controlled via the Govee Home app, which allows users to adjust the colors, brightness, effects and modes. Voice control via Alexa, Google Assistant and Matter makes operation even easier. The versatility of the strip light makes it the perfect choice for different room sizes – from small, cozy rooms to large living areas.

The Govee COB Strip Light Pro will also be available in Europe and the USA from September 10, 2024. Prices start at 99.99 euros for the 3-meter version in Europe and 99.99 US dollars for the same length in the USA.

In addition to the two flagship products, Govee is launching a range of other lighting solutions on the market. The Star Light Projector (Aurora) offers fascinating lighting effects and will be available from September 14, 2024. The Curtain Lights 2 and Holiday Lights Collection, including Christmas String Lights 2 and Icicle Lights, will be released at the end of September and offer DIY features for personalized and festive lighting.

In addition, the AI Sync Box Kit 2 will be available from 14 October 2024, enabling advanced synchronization between lighting and screen content.
