Govee, a company well-versed in smart lighting, has announced a lineup of new products at IFA 2024. Among the highlights are the Govee Strip Light 2 Pro and Govee COB Strip Light Pro, with an array of other smart lighting options ready to light up your life.

Govee’s focus is on making smart lighting as easy to use as flipping a switch—except with a bit more flair. Their latest LED strip lights are all about adding fun and practicality to everyday spaces.

The Govee Strip Light 2 Pro features the new LuminBlend Color Control System, powered by the G1151 chip. This fancy bit of tech improves color depth and accuracy, with five-way control over RGB colors. There’s even a color blending algorithm, perfect for those who appreciate subtle hues.

The Strip Light 2 Pro is built for customization. It can be segmented into up to 10 sections per meter, so you can get creative with your lighting setup. Whether it’s a cozy night in or full-on holiday festivities, there are over 100 preset scene modes and 16 music modes to choose from. It supports hands-free control through Alexa, Google Assistant, and Matter, which means no more fumbling for the light switch.

Govee’s first COB lighting solution, the COB Strip Light Pro, promises smoother lighting effects, perfect for those who want their lights to shine, not shimmer. Encased in silicone, this strip provides an even, diffused light that works well for surface-mounted installations. The RGBICW LEDs offer a range of lighting options, from festive and colorful to warm and cozy.

Need something that fits into tricky spaces? The COB Strip Light Pro is flexible and can be trimmed to fit anywhere. It’s compatible with the Govee Home App, Alexa, Google Assistant, and Matter, giving you plenty of control over colors, brightness, and modes.

Govee will also release three versions of the AI Sync Box Kit 2 on October 14, 2024. Those interested can sign up for notifications to stay updated on launch details through Govee’s new subscription service.
